Find your kind of squish

Texture Guide

Soft is just the beginning. What happens when you squeeze—and when you let go—is what makes each squishy feel different.

Use the guide below to compare rebound, surface feel, and movement. A squishy can fit more than one category: a no-rebound ball can also be slushy, and a sticky squishy can also be jiggly.

What does slushy mean? A soft, grainy feel that shifts as you press. Our Crystal Slushy balls are no-rebound and moldable: they stay pressed instead of springing straight back. Check each product’s feel details for its specific combination.

Which squeeze sounds like you?

Start with the feel you love, then explore the shapes and sizes.

Slow Rise

Press, release, and watch it gradually return to shape. The fun is in that unhurried comeback; the exact pace varies by product.

No Rebound / Moldable

Holds the shape you press it into instead of springing straight back. Squeeze, reshape, and mold it into something new.

Crunchy

Textured filling shifts under your fingers as you squeeze. Think a more textured, hands-on feel rather than a smooth squeeze; sound and resistance vary by product.

Sticky

A tacky surface you can feel against your fingers. Sticky describes the surface—not how quickly the squishy rebounds.

Jiggly

A wobbly, moving feel when you give it a gentle shake or squeeze. Jiggle describes movement; it doesn’t tell you whether a product holds its shape.

Wax Cracking

A crackable wax shell around a soft center. Press to break the shell and feel the contrast. The shell may develop cracks in transit, so an uncracked arrival can’t be guaranteed.

Soft

Easy to press and yielding in your hand. Most squishies are soft, so pair this with another feel—like slow rise, moldable, or jiggly—to narrow down your favorite.

Taba

For our Mini Water Dispenser Taba Squishy, expect a soft, sticky, jiggly feel. Taba is a product style, not a label for every soft or slow-rising squishy.
