Shipping & Delivery

Good squish takes a little timing. The delivery option shown at checkout covers both preparation and transit.

Delivery windows

Standard Delivery — about 1 week: normally 5–8 business days.
Extended Delivery: normally 3–4 weeks.
International Delivery: normally 3–4 weeks.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, high order volume, customs, and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping rates

Eligible U.S. standard delivery is free when your discounted merchandise subtotal reaches US$40, before tax and shipping. Express delivery is excluded. Checkout confirms the delivery options available for your destination and items. Items may ship separately, and Extended Delivery is normally 3–4 weeks.

Standard shipping is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal is $40 or more. For orders under $40, the available rate is shown at checkout. Express options may be available, but they do not shorten any product preparation time.

Tracking & packages

We’ll email tracking when it becomes available. Some orders may arrive in more than one package, with separate tracking for each package.

International orders

Import taxes or duties may be charged by the destination country unless checkout shows that they are included.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, email hello@tinasf.com right away. We may not be able to change an address after fulfillment begins.
